Shipping Info
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery. Standard delivery is £3.29 for Royal Mail 48 tracked service and £3.99 for Royal Mail 24 tracked, no matter how many slimes you order. We will dispatch your order in 2-3 working days. The goods will usually be with you within 5-7 working days depending on the shipping option chosen.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the goods in their original condition and packaging. All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive an exchange or refund. You are responsible for arranging and paying for goods to be returned to us. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
